We are living in a time of enormous transition and change. Much of what was “normal” or “set” — such as values, world views, religious beliefs — are fluid. Each previous generation has a dream that will die. Each new generation has a dream that is coming to birth.

Who will rise in courage and faith in the face of change. Who will make a difference? Who will impact the earth? Who will lead?

The Church has never had a better chance than today to be a positive impact on the world by sharing Christ and leading the way!!!

God has a pattern of working systematically through successive generations to prepare an emerging generation of leaders! God’s purpose is to continue through each generation embracing a fresh relationship of love for Him and obedience to His Word.

The words He spoke to Joshua still resonate with today’s generation of leaders: Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go (Joshua 1:9)
