Pastor Jeff brings a lifetime of experience to the subject of Leadership. Drawing upon the scriptures and under the direction of the Holy Spirit, he has spearheaded the ministries of White Horse Christian Center since 1984 through many seasons, difficult situations, building projects, and spiritual climates. Many relevant topics will be addressed in these sessions, with opportunity for your specific questions to be answered.   Administrating the role of ministry leader/pastor will also be covered, with input from Linda Wesbrook, who has served this ministry since 2000 as administrative assistant to the Sr. Pastor. She will speak on such topics as the importance of the pastor’s calendar, organization, wise communication, follow-up, record keeping, contracts, appropriate boundaries, how to follow a leader in a meeting, etc. This class will be a tremendous resource, perhaps even providing  a lifeline for your ministry.
